Intentionale Wissenschaft:
Weil Gesundheit eine Frage der Würde ist

We believe in the right to the best possible, evidence-based care. Our mission is to transform scientific findings into care that supports quality of life and autonomy.

The right to evidence

Every person has the right to treatment whose benefits and risks are comprehensible. The MediFirst principle is our commitment to using global research as a tool for safety and quality and as the foundation for high pharmaceutical standards. We translate international findings to Germany because we are convinced that patients here deserve access to a high, internationally comparable standard. By building on the pioneering work of Prof. Dr. Mechoulam and Prof. Dr. Russo, we consistently align our development with medical quality – fully documented and scientifically sound.

The person behind the diagnosis

Behind every diagnosis lies a life story. Chronic illnesses are often a gradual erosion of an individual's self-determination. Therefore, we consider not only symptoms, but the individual within their context. Our "Intentional Science" shifts the focus from mere symptom control to identifying underlying causes and determining individualized treatment indications. Instead of indiscriminately using medications, we employ precise, indication-based medicine and incorporate insights into the endocannabinoid system to support regulatory processes. In this way, care can contribute to enabling people to actively and autonomously participate in life again.

Our social mission

We understand medical excellence as a service to society and empathy as a driving force for systemically relevant innovation. When a person loses their place in the community, it is a loss for us all. Our mission is reintegration: We want to contribute to enabling people to return to work, participate in social life, and strengthen their dignity. By helping to reduce inappropriate and inadequate care and empowering patients to make informed decisions, this can also sustainably relieve the burden on the healthcare system and payers. The MediFirst principle reflects the conviction that humanity and economic rationality are mutually dependent in creating lasting value.
