Integrity as a system standard
In a highly regulated environment, compliance is more than just fulfilling obligations for us: it is the foundation for scaling, partnerships, and reliable evidence. MediFirst builds structures that clearly and verifiably map responsibility, transparency, and quality along the value chain.
Qualität entlang der gesamten Kette
Our vertical integration enables clear quality requirements at every interface. Depending on the unit and project phase, we adhere to internationally established standards of "Good Practice" logic.
- GACP (Origin/Cultivation): Quality requirements and traceability right from the start of the chain.
- GMP (Manufacturing): Specifications, batch documentation, in-process controls, and release logic.
- GDP (Distribution): Secure supply chains, documentation, and traceability all the way to market.
- GCP (Clinical Research): Scientific integrity, protocol, and quality requirements in study/evidence formats.
Sicherheit für Partner und Transparenz für Institutionen
Compliance is organizationally embedded at MediFirst: through clear responsibilities, defined approval processes, and traceable documentation.
- Roles & rights concepts: Clear responsibilities, tiered access, and defined approval logic (e.g., dual control where required).
- GDPR & data security: Data usage is GDPR-compliant, purpose-bound, and governance-supported, including documented processes, consent/ethical frameworks as required, and anonymization/pseudonymization as required.
- Auditability: Processes are designed to provide structured support for internal and external audits (documentation, traceability, and auditability).
Trennung schafft Sicherheit
Our communication follows a clear target group logic: public content serves to present the company and its systems. Technical and product-related information is provided in a target-group-specific manner (e.g., access for healthcare professionals). In Germany, there is a ban on advertising prescription drugs to the general public, meaning that such content is not presented to the general public.
Our Commitment
We rely on standards, protocols, and verifiable quality. Our goal is a system that makes it transparent for experts, partners, and institutions how quality is created and how it can be verified.
